Beauty Innovator Award Total Creation Grand Prix in 2019. With 18 years of experience in the hair industry, Desmond’s career as a professional hair stylist was a journey full of colors. He joined the industry when he realized his passion for creating beauty in the form of hair. 

Born in Tokyo, she joined Dab GINZA in 2014 after graduating from Nippon Beauty Academy. Since then, she has actively helped to train and develop hair stylists, mainly by providing on-the-job training in salons.
