Our story began over 100 years ago

With the first Shiseido Hair Salon introducing manicures, facials, and the latest beauty trends to Japanese women from abroad. The foundation of trust we laid then has allowed us to create even more products, services and initiatives dedicated to the skill and passion of Beauty Creators all across Asia.

  • 2019

    Launched BLEACH MASTER, our unique bleach line specially designed for Asian hair. 

  • 2018

    Launched COLORMUSE, highly vivid direct dye color systems specially developed for Asian hair. 

  • 2018

    Shiseido Professional established a new brand mission: “TOGETHER WITH BEAUTY CREATORS”.  

  • 2017

    Launched THE GROOMING, a holistic program designed for men’s lifestyles. 

  • 2015

    Shiseido celebrated and hosted an event to mark the 100th anniversary of the launch of its first scalp care product. 

  • 2013

    The first Shiseido Professional Beauty Congress brought together Beauty Creators from around Asia to exchange ideas and find inspiration from one another.
